摘  要:针对注塑模具加工特征的识别问题,提出了一种基于图匹配与规则推理的混合式加工特征识别方法。通过构建注塑模具零件模型的属性邻接图,并对属性邻接图进行分解,获取多个子图,与预定义的加工特征库中的加工特征进行图同构判断,完成加工特征的识别;为满足加工过程中的工艺性需求,对满足组合条件的加工特征进行组合,构造组合特征;最后通过规则推理完成加工特征的精确识别。通过具体实例验证表明,该方法能够有效识别注塑模具的加工特征,满足预期要求。Aiming at the machining feature recognition problem of injection mold,a hybrid machining feature recognition method based on graph matching and rule reasoning was proposed.The method built the attributed adjacency graph of injection mold part,the attributed adjacency graph was decomposed into sub-graphs which could be used to make graph isomorphism judgment with machining features in the predefined feature library to complete the identification of machining features.To meet the machining requirements in the machining process,combined machining features that meet the combination conditions to construct combined features.Finally,the precise recognition of machining features was completed through rule reasoning.The experimental results showed that the method can effectively identify the machining features of injection mold.
