摘 要:针对如何提高绝缘陶瓷电解电火花微小孔加工稳定性以及改善加工效果,设计研制了跟踪电极装置,使其与工具管电极作同步运动,实现在加工过程中对工具管电极的跟踪,对阴阳极之间的电压起到稳定作用。展开对绝缘陶瓷电解电火花微小孔复合加工试验的研究,探讨并分析了3个工艺电参数(峰值电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔)和2个非电参数(初始加工间隙和电解液浓度)对3个工艺指标(工件表面粗糙度、加工速度和电极相对损耗率)的影响规律。利用正交试验设计法,分析了以上各工艺参数对加工效果的影响,从中获取了最优工艺参数组合方案,从而使各个工艺指标达到最优平衡,实现了最优的加工效果。基于正交试验的结果,从3个工艺指标以及安全性角度综合考虑,由电极相对损耗率单一评价指标所获得的2个最优参数组合方案中,选择第一种方案作为绝缘陶瓷电解电火花微小孔复合加工的最优参数组合,即峰值电流为8 A,脉冲宽度为40μs,脉冲间隔为24μs,初始加工间隙为0.2 mm,电解液为浓度2%的NaCl溶液。In order to improve the machining stability and the machining effect of the micro-holes in the Electro Chemical Discharge Machining(ECDM)of insulating ceramics,a tracking electrode device was designed,which makes it move synchronously with the tool tube electrode,realized the tracking of the tool tube electrode in the process of machining,and played a stable role in the voltage between the anode and the cathode.The research on the composite machining of the micro-holes for insulating ceramics was carried out.The influences of three electrical parameters(peak current,pulse width and pulse interval)and two non-electrical parameters(initial machining gap and electrolyte concentration)on the three process indexes(surface roughness of the workpieces,machining speed and relative loss rate of the electrode)were discussed.By using the orthogonal experimental design method,the primary and secondary influence of process parameters on the processing effect was analyzed,and the optimal combination scheme of process parameters was obtained,so that each process index can reach the optimal balance,and finally the optimal processing effect was achieved.According to the results of the orthogonal test,considering the three process indexes and the safety,the first one was chosen as the optimal parameter combination of the two optimal parameter combinations schemes from the single evaluation index of the electrode relative loss rate,i.e.the peak current is 8 A,the pulse width is 40μs,the pulse interval is 24μs,the initial machining gap is 0.2 mm,and the electrolyte is NaCl solution with concentration of 2%.
