摘 要:调角器是汽车座椅中的重要零件,传统设计容易出现疲劳失效,造成反复更改设计与浪费。基于设计失效模式与效果分析方法设计了某汽车座椅调角器的结构和座椅靠背回复用的平面涡卷弹簧,应用设计失效模式与效果分析方法识别和消除潜在的隐患,提出了流程化设计思路,以减少调角器设计的不确定因素。为验证纵向加载模式下座椅的强度性能,用有限元分析法对该汽车座椅调角器的关键零/部件平面涡卷弹簧外钩支架、椅背与椅座联接板强度进行校核,并通过试验进行验证。As an important part of automobile seat,the traditional design of recliner is prone to fatigue failure,resulting in repeated design changes and waste.Based on Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(DFMEA)method,the structure of an automobile seat recliner and the plane vortex coil spring for the return of the seat back were designed to identify and eliminate potential hidden dangers,the process design idea was put forward to reduce the uncertainty of the design of the recliner.In order to verify the strength performance of the seat under longitudinal loading mode,finite element analysis method was used to analyze the strength check of the key parts including plane vortex coil spring outer hook bracket,seat back and seat connection plate,and the demonstration test was carried out.
