摘 要:为了解安宁河中游着生藻类群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性,分别于2015年7-8月和2016年1-2月对安宁河干支流的着生藻类进行丰水期和枯水期的调查,并在安宁河支流选取有代表性的三个样点,于2015年7月-2016年6月对其着生藻类进行周年调查。结果显示:共检出着生藻类4门37属81种,其中以硅藻门种类最多(60种);安宁河干流丰水期着生藻类的密度和生物量都显著低于支流,而枯水期着生藻类的密度和生物量都显著高于支流;曲壳藻属未定种(Achnanthes sp.)、桥弯藻属未定种(Cymbella sp.)、异极藻属未定种(Gomphonema sp.)和偏肿桥弯藻(Cymbella ventricosa)等为安宁河支流全年出现的优势种;安宁河支流着生藻类密度以4月最高,9月最低,生物量以2月最高,9月最低;冗余分析(RDA)结果显示,丰水期安宁河着生藻类群落结构主要与底质类型和流速密切相关,枯水期群落结构主要与海拔和pH相关;安宁河支流着生藻类分布的周年变化与pH和水深密切相关。In order to understand the community structure of periphytic algae and its relation to the environmental conditions,two surveys were conducted in the Anning River and its tributaries in July and August 2015(wet season),and January and February 2016(dry season),respectively.Furthermore,sampling was also performed monthly from July 2015 to June 2016 in the tributaries of the Anning River.A total of 81 species of periphytic algae belonged to 37 genera of 4 phyla were identified,among which Bacillariophyta(60 species)were dominant taxa.The density and biomass of periphytic algae in the mainstream were much lower than those in the tributaries during the wet season.Whereas the density and biomass of periphytic algae in the mainstream were much higher than those in the tributaries during the dry season.All through the year,the dominant species in the tributaries were Achnanthes sp.,Cymbella sp.,Gomphonema sp.and Cymbella ventricosa,etc.Temporal variability of periphytic algae showed that the density was the highest in April and the lowest in September.The biomass was the highest in February and the lowest in September.Redundancy analysis(RDA)indicated that substrate type and flow velocity were relative to the periphytic algae density in the wet season.While in the dry season,periphytic algae density was correlated with altitude and pH.In addition,monthly variations of periphytic algae structure in the tributaries were relative to the environmental factors such as pH and water depth.
