摘　　要：为了解新疆叶尔羌河流域斑重唇鱼(Diptychus maculates)感染指环虫的种类情况,采用传统形态学和分子生物学鉴定方法,对斑重唇鱼鳃部采集到的一种指环虫,进行了特征性结构的描述、绘制及测量,同时与国内外已记述3种斑重唇鱼指环虫进行形态比较。结果显示:采集的虫种在形态上,与前苏联文献记载斑重唇鱼及新疆裸重唇鱼(Gymnodiptychus dybowskii)鳃寄生的单式指环虫(Dactylogyrus simplex)除交接管基部及联结片中部的形态有略微的差别外,其余结构基本一致,且两者测量值无显著差异。但与同宿主寄生的重唇鱼指环虫(D.diptychus)和D.drjagini在后吸器和交接器的几丁质形态上,都存在明显的差异。单式指环虫18S-ITS1-5.8S rDNA片段的大小为951 bp,基于该序列构建的系统发育树显示单式指环虫与鲫属鱼类的指环虫聚为一支。结果表明,斑重唇鱼鳃部寄生的单式指环虫为我国指环虫属一新纪录种。A species of Dactylogyrus was described in the gills of Diptychus maculates(Steindachner 1866)from the Yarkand River basin.Based on morphological traits with other Dactylogyrus,the morphology resembled D.simplex(Bychowsky,1936)reported in D.maculates and Gymnodiptychus dybowskii from the former Soviet Union.Except for slight differences in morphological traits of the copulatory organ and the connective bar,there was no significant difference in the rest of the structure.However,when compared with D.diptychus(Kadirden&Yue,2019)and D.drjagini(Bychowsky,1936)parasitized in the same host,there were some apparent differences in the morphology of haptoral and copulatory organs.Therefore,according to the morphological characteristics,it was identified as D.simplex.The 18S-ITS1-5.8SrDNA sequence fragment size of D.simplex was 951bp,The phylogenetic tree also showed that it was clustered with Dactylogyrus of the Carassius.The results showed that the D.simplex was a new record species of the genus Dactylogyrus in China.
