摘 要:该研究旨在通过阿拉善型绒山羊超细核心群的选育效果分析,为超细绒山羊进一步系统选育提供理论依据。以阿拉善白绒山羊种羊场2014-2018年生产性能数据为研究材料,对不同年龄,不同年份绒细度、绒厚度、产绒量和抓绒后体重进行表型统计分析,再结合系谱数据采用WOMBAT软件进行方差组分分析和遗传参数估计。结果表明,育成羊绒细度随着选育降低了3%(P<0.05),产绒量提高了3%~10%(P<0.05),抓绒后体重提高了3%~13%(P<0.05)。核心群绒细度、绒厚度、产绒量和抓绒后体重的遗传力分别是0.35、0.20、0.36和0.19,产绒量与绒厚度存在较高表型相关(0.28)和遗传相关(0.30)。通过持续系统选育,一定程度上突破了既要细度不变或降低又要提高产绒量的瓶颈,取得显著进展。The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical basis for the further systematic breeding of Alashan cashmere goats by analyzing the breeding effect of the core group of fine cashmere goats in Alashan.In this experiment,production performance data of Alashan white cashmere goat breeding farm from 2013 to 2018 were used as research materials,and phenotype statistical analysis was conducted on the phenotype of cashmere fineness,cashmere thickness,cashmere yield at different ages and years and the weight after fleecing,and then the variance component analysis and genetic parameter estimation were conducted with WOMBAT software combined with genealogical data.The results showed that cashmere fineness significantly decreased by 3%(P<0.05),the cashmere yield significantly increased by 3%~10%(P<0.05),and the body weight after fleecing significantly increased by 3%~13%(P<0.05).The heritability of cashmere fineness,cashmere thickness,cashmere yield and weight of cashmere core group was 0.35,0.21,0.36 and 0.26,respectively,and there was a high phenotypic correlation(0.28)and genetic correlation(0.30)between cashmere yield and cashmere thickness.Through continuous and systematic breeding,a bottleneck that requires both wool fineness and cashmere yield has been broken through to some extent,and remarkable progress has been made.
