摘  要:为了解鲁西南地区养鸭区域重要疫病病毒的感染状况与流行趋势,对2019年采集的740份样品进行了流感病毒(AIV)、新城疫病毒(NDV)、坦布苏病毒(TMUV)和鸭病毒性肝炎病毒(DHV)4种病原的PCR检测。结果显示,AIV、NDV、TMUV和DHV的阳性率分别为40.27%、13.78%、17.30%和6.76%;AIV和NDV在第2和第3季度的阳性率高于第1和第4季度,TMUV的阳性率在第1季度和第4季度较高,DHV的检出率在各时间段内起伏不大;有15.14%的样品存在混合感染,其中AIV/NDV、AIV/TMUV、AIV/DHV的混合感染较多,阳性率分别为7.58%,2.7%和2.16%。研究结果能够为该地区鸭主要疫病流行状况的诊断和防控措施的制定提供可靠依据。To understand the prevalence of important duck-origin disease in southwest Shandong province,a total of 740 clinical samples collected in 2019 were detected with PCR method,targeting avian influenza virus(AIV),Newcastle virus(NDV),Tembusu virus(TMUV)and duck hepatitis virus(DHV).Results indicated that the detection rate of AIV,NDV,TMUV and DHV were 40.27%,13.78%,17.30%and 6.76%,respectively.In second and third quarters of 2019,the positive rate of AIV and NDV was higher than that in first and fourth quarters significantly,while that of TMUV was exactly reverse,and the detection rate of DHV did not fluctuate much in each time period.15.14%of samples detected in this study were infected with two or more viruses,and among which,the mixed infection rate of AIV/NDV,AIV/TMUV and AIV/DHV was 7.58%,2.7%and 2.16%,respectively.These results could provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and measures implemented to prevent and control important duck-origin disease in this region.
