摘  要:文章概括了分散染料免水洗印花、泡沫印花、数码印花技术等生态印花技术的状况,着重分析了液体分散染料的分散性、黏合剂的改性、泡沫印花色浆性能影响等。同时总结了当前生态印花技术中所存在的问题,并提出了生态印花技术发展思路,包括在制备新型液体分散染料时应考虑采用分散性高、成糊率好、耐电解质性能优良的系列助剂;可引入疏水性硅、氟等元素改善黏合剂性能,提高其与染料分子的结合性,促进实施免水洗工艺;在制备泡沫色浆时,需充分考虑表面张力、表面电荷、黏度等因素对色浆性能的影响等。This paper summarizes the technology of wash-free printing,foam printing and digital printing with disperse dyes.The dispersibility of liquid disperse dyes,the modification of binder and the factors affecting the performance of foam printing paste were emphatically analyzed.And the problems existing in the current ecological printing were summarized,and the paper put forward development ideas of ecological printing technology.For example,a series of auxiliaries with high dispersibility,good paste formation rate and excellent electrolyte resistance should be adopted in the preparation of new liquid disperse dyes;the performance of the adhesive can be improved by the introduction of hydrophobic silicon,fluorine and other elements,so as to improve its bonding with dye molecules and promote wash-free process;when preparing foam color paste,it is necessary to fully consider the influence of surface tension,surface charge,viscosity and other factors on the performance of foam color paste.
