摘　　要：在纺纱领域,纺制高品质的高支纱是衡量企业乃至行业技术水平的标志之一。文章主要介绍了在实际生产中,纺制高支纱必须把握的4方面关键技术,即选配原料、配置纺纱装备、优选纺纱工艺、做好生产现场管理。文章最后对高支纱的未来发展方向提出了4个方面的建议:扩大原料使用范围,生产纱线线密度以4~10 tex为主导的产品,进一步研究高支纱线的纺纱工艺及发展纺织产业链等,使生产的高支纱在市场上更具竞争优势,为企业创造更高的经济效益。Spinning high-quality high-count yarn is one of the indicators to measure the technological level of enterprises and even the spinning industry.The paper introduces four key technologies that must be focused on in the actual production of high-count yarns,namely,selecting and matching raw materials,configuring spinning equipment,optimizing spinning technology,and managing the production site.In the end,the paper put forward four suggestions for the future development direction of high-count yarns,that is,expanding more raw materials options,taking 4-10 tex yarns as the leading product,further studying the spinning process,and developing the textile industry chain,etc.,so as to make the high-count yarn produced more competitive in the market and create higher economic benefits for the enterprise.
