摘　　要：社区是城市健康肌体中最活跃的“细胞”,是产业功能区的基础单元,也是产业生态圈的重要一环。近年来,成都市社区发展取得了一定的成效,但从调研情况来看,还存在管理效能不优、服务效率不高等问题,与产业功能区建设要求还存在一定距离。在剖析产业功能区内社区治理现状及问题的基础上,提出推进职能转变、完善治理机制、优化服务供给等对策建议,以期为成都市产业功能区建设和社区发展提供参考。Community is the most active cell in the healthy body of the city,the basic unit of the industrial functional area,and an important part of the industrial ecosphere.In recent years,chengdu community construction has achieved certain results,but from the perspective of investigation,there are still some problems such as poor management efficiency and service efficiency,which are far from the requirements of the construction of industrial functional areas.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of community governance in the industrial functional area,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of functions,improve the governance mechanism and optimize the service supply,so as to provide reference for the construction of industrial functional area and the governance of community development in Chengdu.
