摘  要:从天津当地常见的7个葡萄品种中筛选得到69株酵母菌,通过平板对峙筛选发现8株酵母菌对草莓灰霉菌抑制效果超过50.00%,其中菌株YGMG-3的离体抑制率达到74.32%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);对筛选得到的8株酵母菌株进行产挥发性物质测定,结果表明一株酵母菌株YGMG-3对草莓灰霉菌具有明显抑制效果,其抑制率达到68.89%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);为进一步确认酵母菌株YGMG-3对草莓灰霉菌的抑制效果,本研究测定了其对草莓灰霉菌孢子萌发的影响,结果显示酵母菌株YGMG-3对草莓灰霉菌的孢子萌发具有较强的抑制效果,其中2×107个·mL-1处理效果最显著,抑制孢子萌发率达到85.50%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。这些结果为开发酵母菌株YGMG-3防治草莓灰霉菌提供了一定信息。Sixty-nine yeast strains were screened from seven common grape varieties collected in tianjin,eight strains among these yeast strains inhibited more than 50.00%growth of agent caused strawberry greymold invitro.A yeast strain YGMG-3 exerted significant inhibite functionon strawberry grey mould with 74.32%,which was significantly higher than other stains(P<0.05).Volatile substance produced from eight strains of yeast was determined and the strain YGMG-3 inhibited 68.89%mycelial growth of strawberry grey mold,which was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).To further confirm the inhibitory effect of yeast strain YGMG-3 on strawberry gray mould,germination of spores of strawberry grey mould were measured.The yeast strains YGMG-3 with 2×107·mL-1 concentration inhibited 85.50%germination of spores of strawberry grey mould,which was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).These results provided some information for the development of yeast strain YGMG-3 to control strawberry grey mould.
