摘　　要：为探讨毕业时间是否对军医大学毕业学员的自身岗位素质的满意度造成影响,以某军医大学391名临床医学专业毕业学员为例,基于自编满意度问卷(含三级指标体系)比较不同毕业时间段学员对自身各项岗位素质的满意度的差异。结果显示,不同毕业时间段学员的总体满意度有差异(F=11.823,P<0.001),对9项二级指标和39项三级指标(分项素质)的满意度均有统计学差异。To explore whether the graduation time has an impact on the satisfaction of graduate students from military medical universities with their own post qualities,391 clinical medicine graduates from some military medical universities were surveyed with a selfmade questionnaire(including a threelevel index system)on their selevaluated satisfaction with post qualities of graduates with different years of working experiences.The results showed statistical significance in the overall satisfaction(F=11.823,P<0.001),and so did in satisfactions of 9 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators(subqualities).
