摘  要:脑梗死是临床中极为常见的神经内科疾病,又称为脑梗阻,是一种发生于脑部组织血管血供异常的组织缺血性病变。脑梗死病因较为复杂,病发率高,传统上难以辨别发生的病因。高分辨磁共振颅内血管壁成像可在活体内观察动脉管壁,是具有重复性、高场强、无辐射的无创性检查,其在辨别脑梗死中具有重要作用,随着技术的发展,可逐渐实现精准的影像学诊断。本文对在脑梗死检测中的研究进展做一陈述。Cerebral infarction is a very common clinical neurological disease,also known as brain obstruction,it is a kind of tissue ischemic disease with abnormal blood supply in brain tissue.The etiology of cerebral infarction is more complex,the incidence of disease is high,it is difficult to identify the cause of cerebral infarction in the traditional.Arterial wall can be observed in vivo by high resolution magnetic intracranial vascular wall imaging,it has the advantages of repeatability,high field strength and non radiation,it's a noninvasive test,it plays an important role in discrimination,with the development of technology,accurate imaging diagnosis can be gradually realized,therefore,this paper reviews the research progress in the detection of cerebral infarction.
