摘  要:目的:探讨无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗胃息肉的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年10月收治胃息肉患者104例,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组实施常规胃镜下高频电凝切除术;观察组实施无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术。比较两组各项手术指标水平、并发症情况及复发率。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术中疼痛评分、住院时间、并发症发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗胃息肉的临床疗效显著,创伤小、出血少、并发症发生率低,术后恢复快,短期根治效果明显,复发率低,手术风险也较低,且操作较为简单。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy in the treatment of gastric polyps.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,104 cases of patients with gastric polyps were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.The control group performed high frequency electrocoagulation under conventional gastroscopy,while the observation group performed high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy.The levels of surgical indexes,the complications and recurrence rates between the two groups were compared.Results:The operative time,the amount of bleeding loss and pain score during operation,the length of hospital stays,the incidence rate of complication and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy is effective in the treatment of gastric polyps,which with less trauma,less bleeding loss,low incidence rate of complications and quick recovery after operation,the effect of short-term radical cure is obvious,the recurrence rate is low,the risk of operation is low and the operation is relatively simple.
