“加味生化汤”隔药饼灸联合缩宫素促进产后子宫复旧的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究“加味生化汤”隔药饼灸联合缩宫素促进产后子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治正常经阴道分娩产妇50例,随机分两组,各25例。对照组产后应用缩宫素治疗;观察组在缩宫素基础上给予“加味生化汤”隔药饼灸治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组产后第3天宫底高度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后血性恶露持续时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后24 h出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后第3天子宫长径、前后径及横径之和低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“加味生化汤”隔药饼灸联合缩宫素促进产后子宫复旧的疗效准确,可有效促进产后恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of"Jiawei Shenghua decoction"medicated cake separated moxibustion combined with oxytocin in promoting postpartum uterine involution.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,50 cases of normal vaginal delivery women were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin after delivery.The observation group was treated with“Jiawei Shenghua decoction”medicated cake separated moxibustion on the basis of oxytocin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The height of the uterine fundus in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group on the third day after delivery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of postpartum hemorrhagic lochia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding loss at 24 h after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sum of uterine length,anterior and posterior diameter and transverse diameter of the third day after delivery in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Jiawei Shenghua decoction"medicated cake separated moxibustion combined with oxytocin is effective in promoting postpartum uterine involution and it can effectively promote postpartum recovery.
