摘　　要：目的:总结消化性溃疡的临床护理措施。方法:2016年11月-2018年12月收治消化性溃疡患者148例,所有患者胃镜检查均显示胃及十二指肠的溃疡;给予心理护理、饮食护理、用药指导、疼痛护理及并发症护理等措施。观察对症治疗及护理的效果。结果:所有患者均取得良好的治疗效果。结论:精心护理对消化性溃疡患者的康复具有不可忽视的作用。Objective:To summarize the clinical nursing measures of peptic ulcer.Methods:From November 2016 to December 2018,148 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.All patients showed gastric and duodenal ulcer by gastroscopy.We gave psychological care,diet care,medication guidance,pain care and complications care.We observed the effect of symptomatic treatment and nursing.Results:All patients achieved good therapeutic effect.Conclusion:Careful nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with peptic ulcer.
