左归丸联合钙尔奇D治疗绝经后骨质疏松肾阴虚证的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:评价左归丸联合钙尔奇D治疗绝经后骨质疏松(POMP)肾阴虚证的疗效。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年12月期间经我院诊疗的150例POMP肾阴虚证患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和左归丸组2组各75例。左归丸组在对照组钙尔奇D同等治疗基础上加用左归丸治疗,治疗周期均为6个月,2组治疗结束后从疼痛积分(VAS)、骨密度(BMD)影像、血清雌二醇(E 2)、中医证候积分和治疗有效率方面进行比较。结果:治疗结束后,BMD影像提示左归丸较对照组明显改善患者的骨质疏松状态,与对照组比较左归丸可以明显改善患者腰背疼痛和血清雌二醇含量以及肾阴虚证候积分,上述各指标组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:在原有治疗基础上加用左归丸治疗后不仅治疗有效率明显提升,还能显著改善肾阴虚证相关症状,且未出现明显不良反应,左归丸联合钙尔奇D治疗肾阴虚型POMP值得临床推广应用。Objective:Evaluation on postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)with syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency treated by Zuoguiwan in combination with Caltrate D.Methods:150 PMOP women treated in Dongzhimen Hospital from Jan.2014 to Dec.2016,were selected and randomly divided into 2 equal groups(Control group:75 patients treated by Caltrate D;Zuoguiwan group:75 patients treated by the same amount of Caltrate D plus Zuoguiwan).They both accepted 6 months therapy and observation.Then the pain scale,BMD,E2,syndrome scale and efficiency before and after treatment were evaluated and compared.Results:After the treatment,compared with the control group,X ray showed that Caltrate D plus Zuoguiwan could significantly improve the osteoporosis status of patients,improve the patients’back pain,E2 content,and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.All of the above indicators were statistically significant.Conclusion:Zuoguiwan in combination with Caltrate D is recommended for the treatment of PMOP with kidney Yin deficiency.
