摘　　要：中医体质研究从宏观角度反映人体特质,对认识疾病具有重要意义。冠心病患者存在体质差异,易患体质主要以瘀血质、气虚质和痰湿质为主,不同体质间分子生物指标具有一定差异,基因组学和蛋白组学从遗传学角度对体质进行研究,揭示体质的内在本质,更具有客观性。证候与体质具有密切相关性,但二者并不完全线性对应,不同体质对疾病的易感性不同,从体质角度治疗疾病,体现了中医“治未病”和“治病求本”的思想,对冠心病的预防和治疗将起到积极作用。The study of TCM constitution reflects human body characteristics from a macroscopic perspective,which is of great significance for understanding diseases.There are physical differences in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).The main predisposing constitution are blood stasis,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.There are some differences in biochemical indexes among different constitution.Genomics and proteomics study constitution from the perspective of genetics to reveal the intrinsic nature of constitution,which is more objective.Syndrome and constitution are closely related,but they do not correspond completely linearly.Different constitutions have different susceptibility to diseases.Treating diseases from the perspective of constitution reflects the thought of"preventing diseases"and"treating diseases and seeking the root"of traditional Chinese medicine,which will play a positive role in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
