摘 要:聚合物可作为稳泡剂进一步提高CO2泡沫的稳定性,从而有效降低驱替过程中CO2流度,获得更高的波及体积和采收率。通过对搅拌方式生成的泡沫和多孔介质中生成的泡沫进行稳定性评价,考察了聚合物羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)提高泡沫稳定性的效果,以及气液比、注气方式、注入流速对泡沫阻力因子的影响。实验结果表明:当十二烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚-2质量分数达到0.2%后,继续增加表面活性剂质量浓度,对泡沫稳定性影响不大;聚合物可通过提高液相黏度而增强泡沫稳定性,在60℃,12 MPa条件下,0.1%聚合物可将泡沫半衰期提高115%,且对起泡体积影响不大;气液比为8∶2时,聚合物强化CO2泡沫在填砂管中的阻力因子可达200左右;气液同注方式下泡沫达到稳态所需注入量低于气液交替方式;随注入流速升高,阻力因子均先增加后降低,但单独表面活性剂体系稳定的泡沫对注入流速更敏感。Polymer is used as a foam stabilizer to further enhance the CO2 foam stability,which could reduce the CO2 mobility efficiently,and the higher swept volume and recovery efficiency are obtained.By evaluating the stability of CO2 foams generated by stirring method and in porous media,the performance of enhancing CO2 foam stability was analyzed thoroughly after adding the polymer,hydroxyl-propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC).Furthermore,the influence of surfactant concentrations,injection methods,foam qualities and injection velocities was also considered.The results show that when the concentration of dodecylamine polyoxyethylene-2 was higher than 0.2%,the surfactant concentration had little effect on the foam stability.The polymer HPMC could further enhance the foam half-life about 115%efficiently with low concentration 0.1%at 60℃and 12 MPa due to the higher solution viscosity,where the foam volume remained similar value.The foam resistance factor in sand-pack reached up to about 200,when the injecting CO2-solution ratio was 8∶2.Moreover,comparing with gas-alternative-liquid injection method,the CO2 foam in sand-pack could reach equilibrium state with fewer injecting pore volume when injecting CO2 and solution simultaneously.With increasing the injection velocity,the foam resistance factor increased first and then decreased,while the foam stabilized with single surfactant solution system was more sensitive with the injection velocity.
