摘 要:为进一步提高聚酰亚胺复合纳滤膜通量,本文将木质素作为改性剂,加入间苯二胺中,与均苯三甲酰氯在交联的聚醚酰亚胺基膜表面发生界面聚合反应,通过对比发现,加入木质素改性剂后,膜的通量有了明显提升。红外、扫描电镜等表征证明间苯二胺和均苯三甲酰氯发生了界面聚合,接触角的测定表明木质素的添加增加了膜的亲水性能,结果表明所制备的膜对葡萄糖的截留率达到86%以上,通量达到43L m^-2 h^-1(0.8bar条件下),表现出良好的分离性能。为木质素及其衍生物在膜材料领域的应用提供了技术基础。In order to further improve the flux of polyimide composite nanofiltration membrane,lignin was added into m-phenylenediamine(MPD)as a modifier,and then the interfacial polymerization reaction was carried out with trimesoyl chloride(TMC)on the surface of crosslinked polyetherimide based membrane.Through comparison,it was found that the flux of polyimide composite nanofiltration membrane was significantly improved after adding lignin modifier.The interfacial polymerization of MPD and TMC was confirmed by infrared scanning electron microscopy.The measurement of contact angle showed that the addition of lignin increased the hydrophilic property of the membrane.The results showed that the retention rate of glucose reached more than 86%,and the flux reached 43 L m-2 h-1(at 0.8bar),showing good separation performance.It provides the basis for the application of lignin and its derivatives in the field of membrane technology.
