摘　　要：涂料的主要功能是装饰和防护,如果出现流平缺陷的话,不仅影响外观,同时也有损防护功能。如形成缩孔造成漆膜厚度不够,形成针孔会导致漆膜的不连续性,这些都会降低漆膜的防护性。流平剂是一种常用的涂料助剂,它能促使涂料在干燥成膜过程中形成平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜,主要通过降低涂料与基材之间的表面张力,使涂料与基材具有最佳的润湿性,选择合适的流平剂可以使溶剂挥发导致的表面张力梯度变化来改善漆膜外观。本文主要是在PE白底中加入不同的氟改丙烯酸类流平剂对漆膜的光泽,丰满度,流平等外观的影响。传统的非反应丙烯酸流平剂的缺点是高分子量产品,可能会在漆膜中产生雾影,低分子量产品,又可能降低漆膜表面的硬度。因此对于含有官能团的丙烯酸流平剂刚好能解决这些问题,提供良好的流平之外,又不会产生光泽度降低问题又不会降低漆膜的硬度。The main function of paint is decoration and protection,if there is a leveling defect,not only affect the appearance,but also damage the protection function.If the formation of shrinkage caused by the film thickness is not enough,the formation of pinhole will lead to the discontinuity of the film,these will reduce the protection of the film.Flow ping agent is a kind of commonly used coating additives,it can cause paint to dry in the process of formation of level off,smooth,uniform coating,mainly by reducing the surface tension between coating and substrate,coating and the substrate has the best wettability,choosing the appropriate flow ping agent can make to the change of surface tension gradient of the solvent evaporation leads to improve the look of the film.This paper mainly focuses on the effect of adding different fluoro-acrylic leveling agents to the white PE bottom on the gloss,fullness and flow equality of the paint film.The disadvantage of traditional non-reactive acrylic leveling agent is that the high molecular weight products may produce fog shadows in the paint film,while the low molecular weight products may reduce the hardness of the paint film surface.Therefore,acrylic leveling agent containing functional groups can just solve these problems,provide a good leveling,but will not produce gloss reduction problems and will not reduce the hardness of the paint film.
