摘  要:基于有机小分子的铜(Ⅱ)离子荧光探针由于选择性好、灵敏度高、操作简单、重现性好且抗干扰性强,近年来引起了研究者的重视,在环境和生物检测领域的应用也日趋广泛。本文对“关-开”型铜离子荧光探针在矿泉水水质监测、游泳馆水样分析和生物细胞(如Vero、人张氏肝细胞、Hela、MCF-7和HepG2等)的荧光成像实例进行归纳,将对后续的荧光探针设计研发起到借鉴作用。Recently,the fluorescent probe for copper(Ⅱ)ions based on small organic molecules has attracted the attention of researchers due to its good selectivity,high sensitivity,simple operation,good reproducibility and strong anti-interference,and has been widely used in the field of environmental and biological detection.In this paper,the"off-on"type copper ion fluorescence probe is summarized in mineral water quality monitoring,swimming pool water sample analysis and fluorescence imaging of biological cells(such as Vero,human Zhang's liver cells,HeLa,MCF-7 and HepG2,etc.),which will play a reference role in the subsequent design and development of fluorescent probes.
