摘　　要：利用Aspen Plus对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解反应过程涉及的主,副反应进行详细的热力学分析。讨论温度、压力和引入水蒸气对MTBE裂解主副反应的平衡转化率的影响变化趋势,为在工业尺度上实现MTBE裂解工艺参数优化和反应器结构设计提供借鉴。Detailed thermodynamic analysis of the main and side reactions involved in the crackingprocess of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)using Aspen Plus.the effect of temperature,pressure and introduction of water vapor on the equilibrium conversion of the main and secondary reactions of MTBE cracking is discussed,which provides reference for industrial MTBE cracking process optimization and reactor design.
