摘 要:采用精练酶881和双氧水对纯棉机织物进行退、煮、漂一浴高温高压处理,探讨了精练酶881用量、双氧水用量、浸渍保温时间和稳定剂硅酸钠用量对处理后棉织物性能的影响。实验表明最佳工艺条件为:精练酶881为20g/L,双氧水10mL/L,硅酸钠12g/L,115℃条件下处理蒸5min。该处理工艺简单,快速、对纤维损伤小,处理后的棉织物各项性能指标均优于常规法前处理工艺。Effects of scouring enzyme 881,hydrogen peroxide,soaking time and sodium silicate stabilizer on the properties of cotton fabrics were studied.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:scouring enzyme 881 was 20 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 10 mL/L,sodium silicate 12 g/L,115℃and steaming 5 min.The treatment process is simple,fast and has little damage to the fiber.The properties of treated cotton fabric are better than that of conventional pretreatment.
