摘  要:AP1000核电机组对二回路汽水品质要求非常严格,而凝结水精处理系统破碎树脂分解容易造成二回路硫酸根超标;同时AP1000核电机组启动时间长、冲洗水量大,缩短机组启动时间能够很好的提高核电站的经济效益,减少冲洗水消耗。本文通过对AP1000核电站凝结水精处理精密过滤器的工艺设计的研究,对上述问题提出解决方案。The secondary water chemical of AP1000 nuclear power plant is very strict,but the break-up resin of the condensate polishing system can make sulfate out of the secondary water standard.In the same time,the start-up time of AP1000 nuclear power plant is very long and the flushing water amount is very big,so it is very important to short the start-up time of the units and reduce the flushing water.In this article,research on the exact filter of condensate polishing system of AP1000 nuclear power plant had been carried out to solve the problems above.
