摘  要:采用微波消解–电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(ICP–MS/MS)测定农作物样品中硫元素,建立了农作物样品中硫元素高灵敏度分析的检测方法。分别对测量模式、干扰消除效果、方法线性范围、方法检出限和方法准确度进行实验。结果表明:串接氧气模式可以有效消除硫元素的质谱干扰,方法灵敏度高,方法检出限达到1.8μg/g,可对硫元素含量在2%以下样品直接分析,方法经过国家标准物质验证,测定值均在标称值范围之内,可作为农作物样品中硫元素分析新方法使用。Microwave Digestion-Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS)was used to determine sulfur in crop samples,and a high sensitivity sulfur detection method in crop samples was provided.The measurement mode,interference elimination effect,linear range,detection limit and accuracy of the method were tested.The results show that the MS/MS oxygen mode can effectively eliminate the mass spectrum interference of sulfur,the method has high sensitivity,the detection limit of the method reaches 1.8μg/g,and the sample with sulfur content below 2%can be directly analyzed by the method.The method was verified by national standard material,and the measured values were within the range of nominal value.It can be used as a new detection method for sulfur element analysis in crop samples.
