摘  要:以均聚聚丙烯为原料,DTBP为引发剂,抗氧剂为稳定剂,通过平行双螺杆挤出机混炼挤出,制备了喷丝级高熔指改性聚丙烯,评估了引发剂、抗氧剂用量、挤出温度对熔融指数的影响。结果表明:1)引发剂对聚丙烯的降解作用,随着DTBP含量的增加呈线性增加;2)抗氧剂可有效抑制引发剂的作用,起到稳定熔质的效果;3)挤出温度对引发剂的促进作用明显;4)在较低产量下,聚丙烯颗粒的下线含水率较低且稳定,随着挤出速度增加,含水率迅速增加。The melt-blown grade polypropylene was prepared by melt blending homo-polypropylene with DTBP and anti-oxidant in a twin screw extruder.The variation of melt flow index as a function of the concentration of initiator DTBP,anti-oxidant and screw temperature were investigated.The experimental results showed that:1)the thermal degradation of polypropylene increased linearly with the increase of DTBP concentration;2)the anti-oxidant could inhabit the degradation of polypropylene initiated by DTBP and stabilized the melt flow index of the melt-blown polypropylene;3)screw temperature could promote the degradation of polypropylene;4)the moisture content of the pellets stabilized at lower production capacity and increased dramatically at higher production capacity.
