新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化血液病房的护理管理策略

摘　　要：目的:为新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化下血液普通病房管理模式的改善提供相关参考依据。方法:以某综合医院血液病房在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化的各项管理体系为例,如人员管理、培训管理、病房消毒与隔离、物资管理等方面进行多发面剖析。结果:截至2020年10月31日,疫情防控常态化工作流程运转良好,血液病房无一人员有感染记录,医护人员、患者及家属满意度高。结论:标准化的疫情防控病房管理体系能有效应对突发疫情,最大程度地切断传染源,保障病房安全。Objective:The relevant reference of improving hematological ward management mode under normal prevention and controlling for COVID-19.Methods:As an example that one general hospital hematology ward’s Control System under COVID-19 was taken,such as personnel management,training management,ward disinfection and isolation,material management.Results:Till October 31,2020,the work flow under normal Covid-19 prevention and control was well operated,no staff in the blood Ward had infection records,the satisfaction of medical staff,patients and their families was high.Conclusion:The standardized management system of epidemic prevention and control ward can effectively deal with the sudden epidemic situation,cut off the source of infection to the greatest extent,and ensure the safety of the ward.
