摘 要:基于恒流控制思维的开关电源能提供多种拓扑结构而得到广泛应用,而具有PWM调光模式的开关电源能更好地实现LED点亮状态颜色和亮度的稳定性。本文根据PWM调光原理,分析3种调光方式的差异,并基于某一款三功能车灯LED驱动设计为例,从总体要求、实现原理、选型参数、样件制作以及性能验证等角度,阐述基于PWM调光模式下LED恒流驱动设计过程。从设计样件的验证效果来看,基于PWM调光模式的开关电源相比于其他同类产品,其光学性能、耐热及电磁兼容性能要求均能更好满足。该项目采用的设计思路对汽车中小功率白光LED驱动的设计开发具有一定的借鉴意义。Switch power supply with the constant current output is widely applied due to its diversified TOP modes,while the switch power supply with PWM dimming mode maintains its morepowerful ability to keepthe stability of LED color and luminous intensity.The paper begins with the PWM dimming principle,analyzes the difference of three dimming ways,and illustrates the practical development process by taking the example of the development of LED driver with 3 functions,from general requirements,principles,parameters settings,prototype manufacturing to performance validation.The validation and testing result shows that the switch power supply with PWM can perform better on luminous,thermal,electromagnetic performances.The design concept in this paper has a great significance on the driver development for the white LED with the small and medium power.
