摘 要:通过在约束条件下发泡,即让水泥在一个相对密闭的模具中发泡,研究矿物掺合料及养护方式对约束发泡混凝土保温板性能的影响。结果表明:在约束发泡混凝土中掺入6%的硅灰,得到的保温板的抗压强度最大,导热系数和质量吸水率都明显随硅灰掺量的增大而减小;约束发泡混凝土保温板的表观密度随矿粉掺量增加而升高,但抗压强度随矿粉掺量增加而降低,导热系数则会有增大现象,且质量吸水率在矿粉掺量为15%时突然增大到30%,大概比5%和10%矿粉掺量下的质量吸水率高出一倍;60℃湿养24h,湿度100%的养护条件下的约束发泡混凝土保温板的表观密度及抗压强度值最高。The concrete foaming under constrained conditions,that is,the cement is foaming in a relatively closed mold,and the effect of mineral admixtures and curing methods on the performance of the constrained foam insulation board was studied.The results showed that the compressive strength of the constrained foamed concrete with 6%silica fume was the largest,and the thermal conductivity and the mass water absorption rate obviously decrease with the increase of the silica fume content;with the increase of the mineral powder content the apparent density of the constrained foamed concrete increases,but the compressive strength decreased,the thermal conductivity increases,and the mass water absorption rate suddenly increased to 30%when the amount of mineral powder was 15%,about twice that of the 5%and 10%mineral powder;the apparent density and the compressive strength of the constrained foamed concrete insulation board cured at 60℃with 100%humidity for 24 hours have the highest values.
