摘　　要：通过对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的示差折光检测分析,建立液相色谱法测定脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的未硫酸化物方法,选择流动相比例(体积比)为甲醇﹕蒸馏水﹕乙腈=80﹕15﹕5。实验结果表明,标准曲线为Y=14312X+66.31,线性相关系数为0.999,样品的回收率为98.6%~102.9%,能满足质量分析的要求。A method for the determination of unsulfated matters in sodium laureth sulfate by liquid chromatography was established through the differential refraction analysis of sodium laureth sulfate.The mobile phase was methanol:distilled water:acetonitrile=80:15:5(v/v%).The experimental results show that the standard curve is Y=14312X+66.31,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999,and the recovery of the sample is 98.6-102.9%,which can meet the requirements of quality analysis.
