辨证食疗方在慢性肾衰竭患者临床护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨辨证食疗方在慢性肾衰竭患者临床护理中的效果。方法:随机选取2017年1月-2018年12月江门市新会区中医院肾内科收治的慢性肾衰竭患者60例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予临床常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中医辨证食疗干预,对比两组患者干预2周后的肾功能、血压变化。结果:观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)及血尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)为(153.3±14.3)mm Hg、(92.2±10.7)mm Hg、(206.5±60.7)μmol/L及(13.5±7.1)mmol/L,对照组患者收缩压、舒张压、Scr及BUN为(170.7±14.9)mm Hg、(103.34±9.6)mm Hg、(313.1±151.9)μmol/L及(18.2±10.3)mmol/L,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其与血浆白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)及血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在慢性肾衰竭患者的临床护理中实施中医辨证食疗干预,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,降低患者血压,在临床上具有较高的推广使用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of syndrome differentiation diet therapy in clinical nursing of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Xinhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were given clinical routine nursing intervention.The patients in the group were given TCM syndrome differentiation and dietary intervention on the basis of the intervention of the control group;the changes in renal function and blood pressure after two weeks of intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,Scr and BUN of the observation group were(153.3±14.3)mm Hg,(92.2±10.7)mm Hg,(206.5±60.7)μmol/L and(13.5±7.1)mmol/L respectively.Those of the patients in the control group were(170.7±14.9)mm Hg,(103.34±9.6)mm Hg,(313.1±151.9)μmol/L and(18.2±10.3)mmol/L respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in ALB and Hb(P>0.05).Conclusion:Implementing TCM dialectical diet therapy in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic renal failure can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the blood pressure of patients,and has a high value in the clinical application.
