摘　　要：目的:冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是一种顽固难愈的疾病,它严重危害人类的健康和生命。无论是中医还是西医,都在对其进行艰苦的探索和深入的研究,但时至今日还没有攻克。笔者经过30多年的临床实践,进与病谋,退与心谋,渐有心得。在临床上将该病划分为七种证型,每一型又细分为几种小证型,研制了多首用之有良好效果的方剂,并根据每个患者的具体症状,随证加减,以达到将该病治愈的目的。方法:吾将冠心病属于阴虚型的细分为心阴虚证、心肾阴虚证、阴虚火旺证三种类型。对心阴虚证用补养心阴,佐以理气活血的方法进行治疗;对心肾阴虚型用补养心肾之阴,佐以理气活血的方法进行治疗;对阴虚火旺证用滋阴降火,佐以理气活血的方法进行治疗。结果:总有效率为100%(600/600)。Objective:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a stubborn and refractory disease,which seriously endangers human health and life.Both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are carrying out arduous exploration and in-depth research on it,but it has not been conquered up to now.After more than 30 years of clinical practice,I gradually gained experience in treating the disease.In clinic,the disease is divided into seven syndrome types,and each type is subdivided into several small syndrome types,and a number of prescriptions with good effects are developed,and according to the specific symptoms of each patient,addition and subtraction of the prescription is made in order to achieve the goal of curing the disease.Methods:The coronary heart disease was subdivided into three types:syndrome of Yin deficiency,syndrome of Yin deficiency of heart and kidney,and syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire flourishing.The syndrome of Yin deficiency of heart was treated by nourishing Yin of heart and regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation;For the treatment of Yin deficiency of heart and kidney,nourishing Yin of heart and kidney and regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation were used.Yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome were treated by nourishing Yin decrease internal heat and regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation.Results:The total efficiency was 100%(600/600).
