化痰活血法联合西药治疗高脂血症及血管内皮功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究化痰活血法治疗高脂血症患者脂质代谢及血管内皮障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组40例,对照组40例,对照组给西药予辛伐他汀分散片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予化痰活血法施治,经治疗8周的治疗后,比较两组患者血脂水平、一氧化氮(NO),内皮素(Endothelin,ET)等指标的改变情况。结果:两组患者治疗后总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)指标均较前明显好转,观察组患者治疗后(TC)、(TG)、(LDL-C)、血浆载脂蛋白B(Apolipoprotein B,ApoB)对比照组改善更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)水平值明显改善,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰活血法联合辛伐他丁分散片对高脂血症的治疗治可有效降低患者血清血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能,对中医药临床治疗高脂血症的具有一定的意义。Objective:To study the effects of Huatan Huoxue therapy(化痰活血法)on lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases.The observation group was treated with Huatan Huoxue therapy combined with western medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,changes in serum lipid level,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c)were significantly improved in both groups after treatment.The(TC),(TG),(ldl-c)and plasma apolipoprotein B(ApoB)of patients in the observation group improved more significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment,and were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Huoxue therapy combined with western medicine simvastatin butyl of dispersible tablets can effectively reduce the patients serum lipid levels,improve endothelial function in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,the traditional Chinese medicine has certain significance in the clinical treatment of hyperlipemia.
