养阴益肺汤治疗气阴两虚型老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和评价气阴两虚型老年社区获得性肺炎患者应用养阴益肺汤的临床疗效。方法:将随机抽取的86例老年社区获得性肺炎患者分为观察组(43例)、参考组(43例),为参考组患者实施盐酸莫西沙星与盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上联合应用养阴益肺汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.67%(42/43),参考组治疗总有效率83.72%(36/43),观察组临床总有效率明显高于参考组(P<0.05)。治疗前患者C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞计数(White Blood Cell,WBC)、中性粒细胞(Neutrophilic Granulocyte,NE)比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后患者各项指标均低于治疗前且观察组患者各项指标水平均较参考组低(P<0.05)。观察组肺部啰音、咳嗽、咳痰等临床症状消失时间及炎症吸收时间均较参考组短(P<0.05)。结论:老年社区获得性肺炎患者应用养阴益肺汤有助于使临床治疗效果得到明显提升,同时还能够有效降低炎性因子水平,加快临床症状缓解。Objective:To investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Yifei decoction(养阴益肺汤)in the treatment of elderly community-acquired pneumonia with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods:86 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the reference group(43 cases).For the reference group,moxifloxacin hydrochloride and ambroxol hydrochloride were given.The observation group patients were treated with Yangyin Yifei decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),and the total effective rate of the reference group was 83.72%(36/43).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in CRP,WBC and NE%index between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the indexes of the patients were lower than those before treatment and the indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms such as voice,cough and sputum and the time of inflammation absorption in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of Yangyin Yifei decoction in elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia and Qi deficiency can help to improve the clinical treatment effect,and it can also effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms.
