中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移(Breast Cancer Bone Metastasis,BCOM)的临床效果。方法:选取沭阳县中医院收治的60例晚期BCOM患者,纳入时间为2015年1月-2018年6月。将其随机分为两组:常规西医治疗30例作为对照组,西医+中医综合治疗30例作为试验组,评定临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗有效率为83.3%(25/30),略高于对照组的76.7%(23/30),对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组视觉疼痛模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Barthel指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移,能缓解疼痛程度、改善日常活动能力,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive therapy in treating advanced breast cancer with bone metastasis.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced BCOM admitted to Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and included from January 2015 to June 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases of conventional western medicine treatment were the control group,and 30 cases of integrated western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were the experimental group,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The effective rate in the experimental group was 83.3%(25/30),which was slightly higher than that in the control group(76.7%)(23/30),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score and Barthel index in the experimental group were both better than those in the control group,which was with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy can alleviate pain and improve the ability of daily activities in the treatment of advanced breast cancer with bone metastasis,it is worthy of promotion.
