股骨粗隆间骨折行骨折治疗与运动康复一体化治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折行骨折治疗与运动康复一体化治疗的效果。方法:将广州市花都区人民医院2018年4月-2019年4月股骨粗隆间骨折患者100例,随机分组,对照组患者采取股骨粗隆间骨折治疗和常规康复治疗,运动康复一体化治疗组对患者采取股骨粗隆间骨折治疗和运动康复一体化治疗。比较两组股骨粗隆间骨折愈合总有效率;股骨粗隆间骨折愈合时间;治疗前后患者Harris髋关节分数以及日常生活活动能力评分(Activity of Daily Living,ADL);并发症发生率。结果:运动康复一体化治疗组股骨粗隆间骨折愈合总有效率、股骨粗隆间骨折愈合时间、Harris髋关节分数以及ADL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。运动康复一体化治疗组并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:股骨粗隆间骨折治疗和运动康复一体化治疗可获得良好效果,患者髋关节功能恢复好,并发症少,骨折愈合快,可更好地改善患者的生活能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated therapy of sports rehabilitation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:100 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in Guangzhou Huadu District People's Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received intertrochanteric fracture treatment and conventional rehabilitation treatment,and patients in the integrated sports rehabilitation treatment group received intertrochanteric fracture treatment and integrated sports rehabilitation treatment.The total effective rate of intertrochanteric fracture healing was compared between the two groups.Intertrochanteric fracture healing time;the Harris hip joint score of the patients and the ADL score of self-care ability in life activities before and after the treatment,and complication rate were compared.Results:The total effective rate of intertrochanteric fracture healing,the healing time,the Harris hip joint score and the ADL score of life activities of the integrated sports rehabilitation treatment group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the integrated treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated treatment of sports rehabilitation can achieve good results in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.The function of hip joint is recovered well,the complications are less,the fracture healing is faster,and the living ability of patients can be improved better.
