摘　　要：本文着重分析建设项目电子文件单轨制在制度规范、形成过程、技术应用、人员意识与能力等方面存在的具体风险点,提出以法规遵从、全过程与关键节点综合防控、关键技术防控为原则,从建立协同联动实时监管机制、筑牢法规制度体系、构建多元主体协同信息管理一体化平台、实时采集多维原生电子文件、持续加强人员风险防控能力等五个方面实施具体管控。This paper analyzed the single track system risk points of construction project electronic records,which formed in the system specification,produce process,technology application,personnel consciousness and ability.With the principles of compliance,the whole process and key points of comprehensive prevention and control,and the key technology of prevention and control,the paper put forward the management and control measures from establishing the well-coordinated and inter-connected real-time supervision coordination mechanism,building a strong system of laws and regulations,building an information integration platform of multi-agent cooperation,real-time collecting multidimensional native electronic records,continuing to strengthen prevention and control capacities of risk.
