摘　　要：党的十九大以来,随着纪检监察体制改革深入推进,纪检监察档案工作发生了根本性变化,现有的工作方式已不能适应信息化时代对档案工作提出的新标准新要求,已成为新形势下制约纪检监察档案工作发展的短板和弱项。通过对纪检监察档案工作面临的形势问题进行分析思考,以期对纪检监察行业档案工作做出一些研究与建议,为充分发挥纪检监察档案作用助推纪检监察事业高质量发展提供一些思路和方法。With the deepening of the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,various shortcomings and contradictions in the work of discipline inspection and supervision Archives have been highlighted,mainly including the contradiction between the backward level of Archives management and the development demand of modern digital Archives,the contradiction between the demand for Archives utilization service and the lag of Archives informatization,the contradiction between the particularity of discipline inspection and supervision industry and the contradiction between Archives informatization and resource sharing.Through the detailed elaboration of the main contradictions,detailed display of the discipline inspection and supervision Archives industry Archives work,and put forward preliminary exploratory opinions and suggestions.
