摘 要:为探究骨形态发生受体蛋白IB基因(Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB,BMPR-IB)编码区多态性对绵羊繁殖性能的遗传效应,试验以小尾寒羊、蒙古羊单双羔母羊为研究对象,利用PCR扩增及DNA直接测序法检测BMPR-IB基因CDS区864位点的多态性。结果表明:在产单双羔蒙古羊中均检测到野生TT基因型、杂合突变TC基因型和纯合突变CC基因型,优势等位基因均为T;在小尾寒羊中检测到野生TT基因型、杂合突变TC基因型,优势等位基因为T。经遗传多样性检测分析可知,产双羔蒙古羊与产单羔蒙古羊均处于中度多态(0.25<PIC<0.5),小尾寒羊处于低度多态(PIC<0.25),说明试验绵羊群体均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。In order to explore the genetic effects of the polymorphism of the bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB coding region on the reproductive performance of sheep(Ovis aries),this experiment used Small Tailed Han sheep,Singletons Mongolian sheep and Twins Mongolian sheep were used as experimental subjects to detect the polymorphism of 864 locus in the CDS region of BMPR-IB gene by direct DNA sequencing.The results showed that wild type TT,heterozygous mutant TC type and homozygous mutant CC type were detected in the Twins Mongolian sheep and the Singletons Mongolian sheep.The dominant alleles were T;wild TT type and heterozygous mutant TC type was detected in Small Tail Han sheep,the dominant allele was T.It was known from the analysis of genetic diversity test,it could be seen that the Twins Mongolian sheep and the Singletons Mongolian sheep were in a moderate polymorphism(0.25<PIC<0.5),and the Small Tail Han sheep were in a low polymorphism(PIC<0.25),the test sheep population were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
