不同精粗比TMR与全价颗粒料对湖羊生长性能、血液生化指标和屠宰性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同精粗比全混合日粮(TMR)和全价颗粒料对育肥湖羊生长性能、血液生化指标和屠宰性能的影响,选用90只体重20 kg左右的70日龄健康断奶湖羊公羔,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组30只进行试验。Ⅰ组饲喂精粗比为6∶4的TMR,Ⅱ组饲喂精粗比为8∶2的TMR,Ⅲ组饲喂精粗比为6∶4的全价颗粒料,预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:Ⅲ组平均日增重达302.11 g,与Ⅱ组(287.33 g)间差异不显著(P>0.05),但两组均极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);3个处理组的血液生化指标均在正常范围内;Ⅲ组的眼肌面积最高,而GR值最低,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的屠宰率均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明湖羊羔羊饲喂全价颗粒料育肥效果更好。The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of different total mixed diet(TMR)and complete tormula granulated feed on the growth performance,blood bicochemical index and slaughtering performance of Hu sheep,so as to provide data basis for the popularization and application of full-value granule in mutton sheep.In this study,90 healthy weaned Hu sheep,each weighing about 20 kg,were randomly divided into 3 groups.Sheep from the first two groups were fed on TMR diets with concentrate to roughage ratio of 60∶40(groupⅠ)and 80∶20(groupⅡ).GroupⅢsheep were fed on complete tormula granulated feed with concentrate to roughage ratio of 60∶40.The growth performance,blood index and slaughter performance of Hu sheep were determined.Results were as follows:①60 days of finishing,the average daily gain of groupⅢsheep was 302.11 g,which was not different from groupⅡ(P>0.05),but significantly higher than groupⅠ(P<0.01);②there were no significant differences between groups in blood bicochemical indexes,which were all within the normal range;③groupⅢhad the highest eye muscle area,but the lowest GR value.Popularization of complete tormula granulated feed has potential benefits for the mutton industry.
