摘　　要：现代高层建筑施工中常常涉及不均匀沉降对建筑物造成不同程度的损害,根据规范要求及设计图纸中的后浇带施工,可以有效地解决这一问题。但是,此方式后浇带留设时间较长,无法进行下一步工序,与施工工期产生矛盾;为解决这些矛盾,文章结合现场实际案列,重点介绍地下室后浇带提前封闭施工工艺。在满足规范及设计图纸对后浇带留设的前提下,同时加快施工进度提前进入下一道工序,采用地下室后浇带提前封闭技术,不仅缩短工期,而且提高了施工现场场平利用率。Uneven settlement is often involved in the construction of modern high-rise buildings,which causes different degrees of damage to the buildings.According to the requirements of the code and the construction of the post-pouring belt in the design drawing,this problem can be effectively solved.However,the post-pouring belt in this way has a long time to be set up,so the next step cannot be carried out,which is in conflict with the construction period.In order to solve these contradictions,this paper mainly introduces the construction technology of pre-sealing of the post-pouring belt in the basement combined with the actual case.On the premise of keeping the post-pouring belt in the specification and the design drawing,the construction progress should be accelerated and the next process should be entered in advance.The application of the technology of pre-sealing of the post-pouring belt in the basement not only shortens the construction period,but also improves the utilization rate of the construction site.
