摘  要:分别以‘芙蓉李’正常叶及其土壤、患病叶及其土壤为试材,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe、B等共29种矿质元素含量,利用热图、聚类分析、t检验、主成分分析等方法分析了焦叶症与矿质元素含量的关系,进而筛选出影响叶片发病的主要矿质元素.结果显示:‘芙蓉李’患病叶与正常叶的矿质元素含量存在明显差异,患病叶中的Na、 Mo、K、Cr、Al、Fe、Cd等7种元素含量高于正常叶,而Ca、As、Hg、Mg、Tl、 Sr、Ba等7种元素含量低于正常叶,其中,患病叶与正常叶Ca、Cr含量的差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01),Mg、K、Mo含量的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);Mo、Cr、K含量与患病呈正相关,Mg、Ca含量与患病呈负相关;患病树土壤与正常树土壤的矿质元素含量没有明显差异,这与不同果园土壤矿质元素含量的差异大于因患病引起的差异有关.综合分析认为:李焦叶症与叶片Ca、Mg含量的关系密切,缺Ca、Mg加大了焦叶症发病的可能性,矿质元素失调导致的生理性缺Ca、Mg是病害发生的主要原因.To screen out the main mineral elements that affect the pathogenesis of leaf scorch in plum fruit cv.’Furongli’(Prunus salicina Lindl.),we tested the contents of 29 mineral elements including K,Ca,Mg,Fe and B in both healthy and infected leaves and their soils by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and analyzed the relationship between leaf scorch and mineral elements through heatmap,cluster analysis,t-test,and principal component analysis.The results showed that mineral elements contents varied significantly between the infected and normal leaves.The contents of Na,Mo,K,Cr,Al,Fe and Cd were higher in the infected leaves than those in normal leaves,while the contents of Ca,As,Hg,Mg,Tl,Sr and Ba were lower in the infected leaves.The differences in Ca and Cr contents reached a very significant level between the infected and normal leaves(P<0.01),and the differences in Mg,K and Mo also reached a significant level(P<0.05).The correlation coefficients between leaf scorch and mineral element contents showed that the contents of Mo,Cr and K were positively correlated with the disease,while the Mg and Ca contents were negatively correlated with it.Cluster analysis revealed that the soils from the infected and normal plum trees were clustered together,owing to higher variations from different orchard background soils than the differences caused by the disease.Considering the close relationship between leaf scorch and low Ca and Mg contents in plum leaves,mineral element imbalance arisen from the physiological Ca and Mg deficiencies was the major cause for leaf scorch.
