摘 要:以尖萼耧斗菜、小花耧斗菜、耧斗菜的种子为试验材料,在0%(CK)、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%6个浓度PEG处理下记录萌发进程,测定日相对发芽率、最终发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根长度,评价3种耧斗菜种子在萌发期的耐旱性.通过隶属函数比较3种耧斗菜属植物种子的耐旱性,通过回归分析确定3种耧斗菜种子的萌发耐旱极限PEG浓度.试验显示,随着PEG浓度的升高,小花耧斗菜和耧斗菜种子的萌发起始时间均推迟,3种耧斗菜种子的最终发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长度受到不同程度的抑制.3种耧斗菜均对PEG处理较为敏感,萌发期应确保足够的水分供应.3种耧斗菜种子抗旱性由强到弱依次为:尖萼耧斗菜>小花耧斗菜>耧斗菜,耐旱极限PEG浓度分别为24.33%、23.43%和23.36%.To evaluate the drought resistance of seed during germination period,relative daily germination rate,final germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vital index and radicle length of 3 Aquilegia species,namely A.oxysepala,A.parviflora,and A.viridiflora were recorded under 6 levels of PEG[0%(CK),5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%].Drought resistance based on the indicators were evaluated using membership function,and the limiting concentrations for seed germination were extrapolated using regression analysis.The results showed that the initial germination time for A.parviflora and A.viridiflora were both delayed,and the final germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vital index and radicle length of all 3 Aquilegia seeds were overall inhibited when PEG level increased.According to membership function,the drought resistance of 3 Aquilegia species seeds followed the order of A.oxysepala>A.parviflora>A.viridiflora.The limiting concentrations of PEG solution of A.oxysepala,A.parviflora,A.viridiflora were 24.33%,23.43%and 23.36%,respectively.To summarize,3 Aquilegia seeds tested were sensitive to PEG,therefore,sufficient water supplement should be ensured in germination period.
