摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育执行单在骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓基本预防中的应用效果。方法选取我科2018年3月至2019年10月收治的240例骨折患者作为调查对象,将2018年3—12月120例患者作为对照组,按基本预防措施进行宣教;将2019年1—10月收治的120例患者作为试验组,在宣教的基础上,将基本预防措施中的具体实施项目列表,形成下肢深静脉血栓预防宣教的健康教育执行单,监督患者或家属执行签名。比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓基本预防措施执行率和血栓发生率。结果试验组患者下肢深静脉血栓基本预防措施执行率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血栓发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育执行单更有利于骨折患者基本预防措施的执行,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of health education executive sheet in basic prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in fracture patients.Methods To select 240 cases of fracture patients admitted to our department from March 2018 to October 2019 was set as the survey subjects,and 120 patients from March to December 2018 were selected as a control group,and the basic preventive measures were used for publicity and education.And the 120 patients admitted from January to October 2019 as an experimental group,on the basis of publicity and education,formed a list of specific implementation items in the basic preventive measures to form a health education executive sheet for the prevention and education of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,and supervise the patients or their families to perform signatures.The implementation rate of basic preventive measures for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and the incidence of thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The implementation rate of basic preventive measures for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of thrombosis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education executive sheet was more conducive to the implementation of basic preventive measures for fracture patients,and reduce the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis.
