摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理模式对改善癫痫患儿遵医行为及生活质量的效果研究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月我院儿科小儿癫痫专科收治的76例癫痫患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,治疗期间两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施循证护理模式,出院后继续干预并跟踪随访1年,比较干预前后两组癫痫控制效果、心理行为评分、生活质量评分和遵医行为。结果干预后,观察组患儿癫痫控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05),干预前两组心理、行为评分及生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组心理、行为评分及生活质量评分优于干预前且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对癫痫患儿实施循证护理有助于提升癫痫控制效果,消除患儿不良心理行为,提高患儿生活质量和遵医行为,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the evidence-based nursing model on improving compliance behavior and living quality of children patients with epilepsy.Methods To select 76 cases of children patients with epilepsy admitted to the pediatric pediatric epilepsy specialty of our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment during the treatment period.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented an evidence-based nursing model on the basis of the control group.After discharge from the hospital,they continued to intervene and followed up for 1 year.The control effect of epilepsy,psychological behavior score,quality of life score,and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the control effect of epilepsy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological,behavioral and quality of life scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological,behavioral and quality of life scores in the two groups were better than those before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group for the above-mentioned aspects(P<0.05).The rate of compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for children patients with epilepsy can help improve the control effect of epilepsy,eliminate the children patients’bad psychological behaviors,and improve the children patients’living quality and compliance behavior,which was worth popularizing and applying.
