基于发展照护模式的多维护理对早产低出生体重儿呼吸暂停及生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于发展照护模式的多维护理对早产低出生体重儿呼吸暂停及生长发育的影响。方法选择我院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的早产低出生体重儿100例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于发展照护模式的多维护理。比较两组患儿呼吸暂停状况及生长发育情况。结果观察组呼吸暂停治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体质量增速、体智发育评分均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于发展照护模式的多维护理在早产低出生体重儿中的应用,能缓解呼吸暂停症状,促进其生长发育。Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing based on developmental nursing model on apnea,and growth and development of preterm low birth weight infants.Methods To select 100 cases of premature low birth weight infants admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional nursing based on developmental nursing model based on the control group to compare the apnea status and growth and development of the two groups of children patients.Results The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The growth rate of body mass and the scores of physical and mental development of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional nursing based on the developmental nursing model in premature low birth weight infants can relieve the symptoms of apnea and promote their growth and development.
