摘　　要：目的探讨6S管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在岗的手术室护理人员16名作为研究对象,将2018年1—12月作为6S管理模式实施前,2019年1—12月作为6S管理模式实施后。比较6S管理模式实施前后护理人员的护理工作质量评分、患者的护理差错事件发生率、护理纠纷发生率、护理投诉率以及患者对护理质量的满意度。结果6S管理模式实施后,手术室护理人员的各项护理工作质量评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);6S管理模式实施后,患者的护理差错事件发生率、护理纠纷发生率、护理投诉率均低于实施前,且患者对护理质量的满意度高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中实施6S管理模式可提升护理人员工作质量以及管理效果,从而提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of 6S management mode in nursing management of operating room.Methods To select 16 nursing staff in the operating room who were on duty from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and the period from January to December 2018 was taken as before the implementation of the 6S management model and from January to December 2019 after the implementation of the 6S management model.The quality scores of nursing work of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the 6S management model,the incidence of nursing error events of patients,the incidence of nursing disputes,the rate of nursing complaints,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality were conpared.Results After the implementation of the 6S management model,the nursing staff in the operating room had a higher quality of nursing work than before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of the 6S management model,the the incidence of nursing error events of patients,the incidence of nursing disputes and the rate of nursing complaints were lower than those before the implementation,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality was higher than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 6S management model in operating room nursing management can improve the working quality of nursing staff and the management effect,thereby improving patient’s satisfaction.
