电子中重度疼痛护理记录单设计应用与评价

摘　　要：目的探讨电子中重度疼痛护理记录单设计应用与评价。方法选取2018年12月至2019年3月围196例围手术期患者并随机等分为观察组和对照组各98例,对照组使用原有纸质版和电子版进行疼痛护理记录,观察组使用电子中重度疼痛护理记录单。比较两种护理记录单的书写质量,疼痛干预有效率,患者疼痛控制满意度。结果观察组电子护理记录单合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疼痛干预有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者疼痛控制满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子中重度疼痛护理记录单设计应用,可提高护士工作效率和护理记录质量,同时优化疼痛管理流程,提高疼痛干预有效率和患者疼痛控制满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the design,application and evaluation of electronic nursing record sheet for moderate and severe pain.Methods To select 196 cases of perioperative patients from December 2018 to March 2019 was set as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 98 cases each.The control group used the original paper version and electronic version for pain nursing records,and the observation group used electronic nursing record sheet for moderate to severe pain to compare the writing quality of the two nursing records,the effectiveness of pain intervention,and the satisfaction of patients with pain control.Results The pass rate of electronic nursing records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effectiveness of pain intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with pain control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The design and application of electronic nursing record sheets for moderate and severe pain can improve nurses'working efficiency and nursing record quality,while optimizing the pain management process,improving the efficiency of pain intervention and the satisfaction of patients to control pain,which was worth popularizing and applying.
