摘 要:目的探讨预约输液服务在门诊输液患儿中的应用。方法选择我院2019年2—6月儿科需连续2 d以上输液的783例患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为预约组401例和对照组382例,预约组实施预约输液服务,对照组采用传统自由输液服务。比较两组患儿输液治疗前现场等候时间及对护理质量满意度。结果预约组输液治疗前现场等候平均时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对护理质量满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展门诊儿童预约输液服务可有效缩短患儿及家属输液治疗前的等候时间,提高了护理质量满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of appointment infusion service on children patients undergoing outpatient infusion.Methods To select 783 cases of children who required continuous infusion for more than 2 days in our hospital from February to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an appointment group of 401 cases and a control group of 382 cases.The appointment group implemented appointment infusion services,and the control group adopted traditional free infusion service to compare the on-site waiting time before infusion treatment and the satisfaction with the nursing quality between the two groups.Results The average waiting time before infusion treatment in the appointment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing quality in the appointment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of outpatient infusion appointment service for children patients can effectively shorten the waiting time before infusion treatment for children patients and their families,and improve the satisfaction of nursing quality.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
